I own a very similar Ted Baker dress with a lower neckline and narrow sleeves which is much nicer. This dress is ultimately just frumpy

Cute but defective
Very cute and fit well, but there are tiny plastic rods in the bodice part that stick out from the fabric and poked me in several different places. I ended up literally putting tape to try to cover up where they protruded from the fabric, but the tape didn't stick well and I had to fix it all night. Too bad because it's a great piece otherwise. Perhaps this is a result of wear and it was not like this to begin with, though.
