The seam right under the cutout is tight - generally ok when standing but definitely tight when sitting. I felt like I kept adjusting the cutout when I was sitting so I didn't feel like I was spilling out. I normally wear a 4 or 6 (these are the 2 sizes I got) and the 6 was a little tight. The slit was good - not too high or too low. It made the dress sexier despite the length. Overall fit was good though - it really is just that seam that is tough. It was very appropriate for the event (evening wedding) and my husband was a fan!

Got tons of compliments on the dress - I was really happy I took the chance on this dress. It definitely runs small. I'm usually a 4/6 and the 6 was really tight. Looked great but I was adjusting it a lot throughout the night. I wish I got an 8 as a backup size. Also the seam on the left side didn't lie flat (pic included)

I wore this dress at a Bachelorette Party in Atlantic City (along with "Bling it on" necklace) and I loved it. For me, there was basically no difference between the Medium and the Large. Oddly enough the Large was snugger around the bust and that's why I wore it. I found it to be true to size. Wore it with black tights and heels - got lots of compliments!
