Not quite right
There’s usually such a distinct difference in fit and feel with a sweater at this price point. Like you can just TELL from the moment you pull it on before you’ve even lifted your face to view your reflection. That was missing. It was “fine”but priced as “fabulous” so definitely not a favorite.

Not for me
Great quality, beautiful color but just felt a bit masculine for my needs. Like if there was a super chic party happening at a biker bar it’d be a yes. Or if Jason Momoa picked me up on his Harley for a ride it’d be a…well a yes BUT let’s be real if Jason Momoa is picking me up I’m removing not adding articles of clothing.

“One night stand wear”
Wore it once…to pick up kids from school. The hood was useful as it was pouring down rain, the slits were a bit of unsuspecting fun, the sleeves had no idea what they were doing with themselves and it was loose in places that weren’t preferred. The wear lasted about 20 minutes so all in all it was a “one night stand wear”…got the job done but I’m not going back for seconds.

Loved but not for me
It was a little too stiff for my taste, both literally and spiritually…my style is more relaxed/flowy and I thought it be fun to go a little more structured but I felt confined as opposed to confident. Love Anine Bing and maybe a future version of me can pull off this cool girl moment but current me did not.

Not a ton to say…it was a beige sweater. Good quality, comfortable, warm but nothing that made me pause at a passing mirror. Which…I suppose isn’t necessarily what a beige sweater is meant for, huh? I digress, it didn’t make the cut as a must need addition for my closet but I wish it well in its next adventure.

A lil big but bossy
In the best way. I got several compliments on how chic this coat was. The bright pop on the buttons was so fun…I wanted to tell everyone about it like a girl in a dress with pockets. And I did. “THANKS! And LOOK it’s got bright buttons!” I ended up purchasing another NVLT coat (same buttons) that was on major markdown.

THESE jeans
Where? When? Every damn day. I am obsessed with these jeans. They were a little big so I didn’t purchase but sending them back broke my soul a lil. I ended up finding a pair in my size on Poshmark and I’m writing this review from bed in said britches. The right pair of denim can make one exude confidence in a way few articles of clothing pull off. These…let’s just say I’m my highest most favorite self in these jeans. Rent, buy, repeat in other washes.

Amazing cut
This top has an amazing cut/fit. It’s a statement piece that’s subtle and shocking all at once. Super conservative from the front and then seduction in the back. It’s like a chic mullet. Should I see myself needing a “make him want ya bad” moment I’ll rent again.

Easy and elevated
This bag fits so much more than one would think. Love it for elevating an everyday outfit. The leather is so soft and luxurious. The chain is substantial and versatile. For 80 dollars to purchase a Clare V this will be staying home with me.

Second review
I rented and wore basically everyday then reluctantly returned thinking “it can’t be that easy, there must be another/better white button down out there for me”, thought about it every day for a month, rebounded with a bunch of other buttons downs that just never lived up. So rented again and then bought it. It’s either a toxic relationship or this is my true soulmate shirt. Either way we’re shacked up for the foreseeable future.
