Made my waist look tiny!
The 6R was too tight from the top to wear so I had to go with the 8R to be able to breathe! The dress is beautiful the material is thick so you really don't need to wear any spanx.

Very comfortable, you literally just slip it right on. Oh! and you can have dinner AND cake!
I would recommend going a size smaller to keep everything tight, especially if you are planning to wear Spanx. Length is perfect with a 5 inch heel and do not worry about the slit it stops just before things get weird.
