This dress is just beautiful. It's both casual and dressy all at the same time. I rented a long version and at 5'7 I still had to wear 3 inch heels (and the dress still skimmed the floor). There is a beautiful slit in the back, pleats down the front and flowy sleeves. Although it sounds like a lot for one dress, it all just works. The whole dress is flowy, so although it's a lot of fabric, I thought it was still flattering.

Beautiful V-neck with fun (plastic) buttons. The buttons are largely covered by a bow, so they actually don't detract given the cheaper material. The pattern is gorgeous, and the long sheer sleeves add a touch of sophistication. The waste-band is stretchy and it hit me way above my actual waste, and thus the dress was so short I actually went home to change before work since I always get ready at the gym. Tall girls, beware if you want to wear this for work!
