Tagline says it all. Went perfectly with a cocktail dress for a wedding I went to, but it requires to hands to open using the teensy tiny things you have to twist in order to open. On the flipside, it held a *ton* of stuff, was super sturdy, and I wish I owned it!

I rented this as part of my Unlimited month in the hopes of finding a dress, jacket, earrings, and clutch to wear to an outdoor wedding in NorCal next week. This did not work out--the top would have had to have been taken in at the sides and the straps sewn up for it to fit my bodice *at all*. No give in material, FYI. Beautiful fabric/pattern on bottom, but too long (I can only wear 3'' heels, would have needed at least 4-5'' or more).

This would have been a great dress for a formal wedding I'm attending later this month, but unfortunately there's not enough Spanx in the world to help me look not-pregnant due to my body shape and the cut of this dress (I even took a picture of me cradling my "food baby bump" to send to my friends). I'm short, so I was surprised the regular length was the right length for me. The bottom fit perfectly, but the top was too roomy without a padded bra. This was my original RTR selection for a wedding I headed to out-of-state, which didn't make it to me in time for my travels; I did try it on once I got home, though, for future reference. It's a good thing I didn't get it--it really didn't work for me or my body type. The 4 was radically too small, and the 6 barely fit. I probably could have made it work with Spanx, but it would have been less than comfortable. The 8 would have been too large, however. It just wasn't meant to be! This would be ideal for someone very fit; the dress has no give, and is tight at the hips and through the stomach area as well. Definitely go a size up or even two for your backup.

This was selected by a RTR stylist for me as a backup dress after my original pick didn't make it in time for me to bring it with me to the wedding I was attending out of state. I really wish I could have made this work--it's possible the 2 might have cut it, but I couldn't be sure. The 6 was definitely huge on me, and the 4 was still too big, especially in terms of the torso--too long of a torso for me, plus too baggy at the bust. I liked the trendier neckline and the flattering seam at the waist, plus the color and fabric, although it might have been just a little too thick for 90+ degree weather. I would recommend this for someone a few inches taller than me with ample bust to fill it out. Definitely get your usual size and a size down as your backup, as it runs large.

This was picked out by a RTR stylist as a backup dress when my original dress didn't make it to me in time for my flight to the location of the wedding I was attending. I was sent the 4 and the 6; the 4 was too tight in the hips by far but fit better at the waist and bust, whereas the 6 fit over my hips and was a bit loose on top and didn't cinch my waist as much as would have been optimally flattering. However, I got a padded strapless bra to wear with it, and that filled it out a bit. The looser waist also made it easier to sit and eat and not get uncomfortable. However, the sleeve-type top part was a bit looser than would be ideal, as it's definitely made for someone with a longer torso. In sum, it wasn't the perfect dress, but it definitely worked out, and I would even consider renting it again for the right occasion. This would be perfect for someone a few inches taller with a less pear-shaped body than mine (straight up and down, or fuller bust). Would work for all seasons.

I ordered a 2 and a 4 for a summer wedding in Hill Country (Central Texas), and this fit the bill. It was my first RTR dress, and I was very pleased with the entire process. The reviews were pretty spot-on--the dress is definitely made for someone with a longer torso and larger bust than me, but I was prepared with Hollywood tape and safety pins. I pinned both the front and the back where the two pieces converge, and taped the backside straps to my shoulder blades. If you were really looking for the adjustments, you'd definitely see them, but I think they were pretty unnoticeable otherwise. I wore it with white wedges, and it would also go well with gray or nude shoes. I think the color is "cool" rather than "warm", so wore silver earrings (rather than gold). Pearl, crystal, or colored would also work well. The only complaint, besides the super loose bust area, was that the waist was a bit tight when I was sitting down. A 6 would have been *way* too big on the bust, and I couldn't even zip up the 2, so it would've been nice to have a little more room in the waist for comfort's sake, but I survived. Overall, I was very pleased with my first RTR experience!
