I rented this dress pre-kids, so my size was smaller back then (a 10 instead of a 12, which I am now). It ran true to size. I am short waisted and long limbed, and the dress was really flattering. Great color with olive skin too! The zipper catches a bit, so take care with the delicate fabric. Perfect dress for formal occasion.
