The dress is gorgeous and I received many many compliments. The material has detailed embroidery that shimmers in the light. The see-through material is very eloquently placed. The fit was where I struggled. I have an average hourglass body shape (38-29-41) that is carrying a little extra squish right now. The hips were so tight, which caused a material gap around my shoulders.

I loved the way this stretchy mini fit, but it was tight on the left arm (went high into my armpit) and the material was scratchy at armpits The material scratched up my back when I put the dress on, but once the pain faded and so did the marks I really liked the dress (and after ignoring the armpit tightness).

This is my favorite item that I've rented from Rent The Runway! I want to buy these. I got compliments on them all night and am sad to return them !

I really loved these big flashy earrings. I originally rented them to go with a marigold yellow dress, but it didn't fit so I went with my backup dress. It fit great, blue earrings and a black dress - I made it work :) I loved the earrings though.

The colors are unbelievable! They really pop especially in photos. The BIG negative (coming from a girl who weight trains a lot) is the shoulders were very tight. I thought about sizing up, but I had the same problem in the shoulders and then the waist was very loose. I loved the dress, but the shoulders need more room! My chest was squished too and I couldn't sit up straight. I loved the dress besides that fit problem, though. My suggestion is to get the size based on your shoulders and chest size, then cinch waist in with a belt.

I really liked this dress from the pictures, but when I tried it on it did not flatter me. My stomach I felt was highlighted and that is what I try to hide usually. The chest and circumference around my chest was too tight for me to be comfortable, I am a 34DD. I did not wear this dress for my event.
