Gorgeous and flattering dress
This dress looked even better in person. The photos of other reviewers do it justice plus it looks even nicer IRL. A couple reviewers said the sizing is off, specifically that it’s big on hips and has a smaller bust plus is tight to zip up the back. I would say that is probably true - I have larger hips and a skinnier long torso. That meant the fitted skirt actually fit me well and the essentially strapless top fit snug enough to comfortable stay on as I moved around. So I’d say this dress is probably better for slightly pear shaped people, not the other way around. The slouchy sleeves were a little annoying and took some getting used to. But overall look and feel was great otherwise.

Beautiful dress, fit like a glove
Gorgeous dress. Elegant, nice details. I'm only 5'3" and the length was good. It is slim in the torso and chest area. That worked well for me because I'm pear shaped, but if you are relatively larger on top you may need to size up or skip this style.

Beautiful dress that fits well
This dress looks great and fits really well. Super classy. My big gripe is that mine was missing the belt! So I had to wear it without and you can see the little thread belt loops. Bummer that I had to wait so long for this to finally become available then when I got it, it was not complete.

Classy and edgy
Fun leather jacket - classy enough and think enough to wear at the office in lieu of a blazer and I could fit it under my puffy coat. Also wore it on the weekend and nights out. Great overall piece and will rent again.

Beautiful shirt, sits really well.
Looks exactly like the model. I wore with a black pencil skirt, tucked in, with a belt. Looked awesome and got compliments from colleagues. The sleeves get in the way a bit like others said, but it's no big deal at all. Beware the back is see-through. I realized that but didn't pay attention to how see-through until I saw my back in the bathroom mirror at work - oops! At least I was wearing a simple dark grey/blue bra with no lace, no wears and tears, no tag sticking out. And hopefully few people saw my back. You may want a simple grey cami under if wearing to work.

Looks beautiful - just like photo
Second time I rent this dress - I love it and get compliments. I have gained a few pounds (4-5lbs) and naturally have larger hips. The size 4 is slightly snug on my bottom but with a spanks everything looks smooth and straight and nice. May keep and where for a client meeting next week and might even rent again next spring if it's still around.

Looks nice on but an easy wrinkle fabric
This shirt looks nice - a lot like the picture. I paired it with a skinny black bet with a gold buckle and that gave it some nice structure. The fabric is a simple cotton like a think 100% cotton button down and it wrinkles very easily. Count on ironing before you wear. That's what I didn't like about it and I certainly wouldn't pay anywhere near even the half off retail it's listed at on RTR... Overall was a nice addition to my work wardrobe this week but I wouldn't want to own or rent often.

Small and slutty looking - returned immediately
I went up a size and this was too tight, too short, too low cut. Material looked cheap. There was no way i could wear to work even with thick dark tights underneath to make it look less short. Returned immediately after trying on

Loved this shirt! It looks so nice and structured on! Yes it runs small so order 2 sizes up and yes it is see through so wear a black cami under - no biggie. Must say I dont understand the complaints.

Sharp, classy and unique jacket
I loved this - i thought it looked so nice on! It is old though and the ribboned edges are a bit wrinkled, but i think only i can tell It does run small. I have a narrow/skinny upper body and wear a 2. Got this in a 4 given reviews that it runs small and it was good but still small and tight. A 6 would have been good too so you could go up 2 sizes

Classy and unique dress - good for work or after work
This fit quite well. I have narrower waist/upper body and wider hips so I always worry about sheaths not fitting, bit this fit well and in a size 2 nonetheless. I am a 0/2 in flare dresses and a 2/4/6 in sheath depending on tightness. Dress is classy and looks really nice and high quality. Wears well! Wore it to work and then to a business meeting with clients as well.

This fit perfectly. Other reviewers said runs small. Perhaps it does. I'm a true size 2 (sometimes larger if the style is tight at the hips and sometimes smaller if it's loose in the back/shoulders), and I wore the 4. It fit perfectly and I had some extra room which made it super comfortable. The fabric doesn't have much give so it's probably good to go up one size. Is tailored and looks really well put together. I like the drop waist and elongated torso. Great piece for work or for a weekend daytime lunch/brunch.
