This dress was perfect for an early fall lakeside wedding, where I would describe the attire as garden semi-formal. The colors were stunning and even more vibrant in photos, making it a standout choice. My husband complemented my look with a matching purple pocket square, which added a nice touch. I wore a size 6, which fit perfectly, though the size 8 would have been comfortable, albeit a bit looser in the bodice. As other reviews mentioned, the straps were much too long and had to be pinned for a proper fit; otherwise, you’d have to go strapless, which wasn’t what I intended when renting the dress. Additionally, the zipper on the size 6 was tricky, but once zipped, the dress fit beautifully. I received many compliments and felt gorgeous wearing it. Overall, it was perfect for the occasion, and I can see why others gave it rave reviews. I rated it four stars due to the long straps and difficult zipper.

I needed a dress to wear to my 20th high school reunion at an outside venue during July in hot/humid Nashville. I wanted something nice, but not too dressy as the attire called for sundresses. I had a baby 4 months earlier too, so wanted a dress that would be flattering in the waist area and a full-skirt silhouette fit the bill. I am normally a size 6 pre-baby and went with a size 8 post baby. The 8 worked fine, but was a little tight in the chest given I'm nursing. There was no size 10 option to choose from as a backup, otherwise I might have decided to wear the 10 for a little more room. Overall happy w/ the dress, was comfortable, and looks great in pictures.

Fit was great, and was very comfortable; a good classic look. I received lots of compliments. I am 4-months post baby, and so was a good option for me given I still have baby weight to loose (I went up a size to an 8 when I normally would be a 6; 10 was too big but was my backup size). Was forgiving in the waist in terms of look (had pleats which I wasn't expecting) and chest area had room as well given I am nursing. Paired with earrings and cute sandals, and I was ready to go out.

In trying to find a long, formal dress for a black tie wedding, I am so happy I located this one on RTR. It was perfect, and the other reviews and pictures gave me the confidence that I would not be disappointed. I had hoped to order a 6L (I'm 5'8") but that size was not available, so I ordered the 6R and 8L at the stylist's suggestion. The 6R fit better and hugged my body better; however the length was just a tad bit shorter than I had hoped with 3" heels. The 8L fit fine, and the length was better so I opted for the 8L. I felt beautiful all night, and received numerous compliments. As mentioned by some other reviewers, the tulle can, at times, get caught in your heels. Honestly the 6R's tulle was in much better shape than the 8L, though I don't know that anyone else would notice. I did need to use a steamer just to iron out the tulle from shipping. Overall, a wonderful dress for such an event and also very comfortable. I paired with long, 3" drop earrings and a bracelet as I don't think a necklace was needed.

Incredible dress...wore for NYE. Stunning and very comfortable. Fits true to size. I ordered a 4 and a 6, but the 6 worked great and I never tried on the 4. Tons of compliments, and several women even commented that their husbands loved the dress too. I paired with simple earrings, a bracelet, a ring, and Christian Louboutin black patent heels. No need for a necklace.
