The ruffle across the back and on the sleeve gave a nice design detail to this dress.
The dress was a bit more snug than I was hoping and mixer in the front than I expected. Maybe a smaller chested woman would not mind the lower cut. It was pretty with good design details just tighter than I wanted.

I rented a large. I am 5’1” and 152 lbs. I couldn’t get this on!
The zipper was stuck and it was a very tight fit, didn’t even get it on all the way.
