This style runs large. Not a lot of structure. Unlined. I ended up tying the belt at the back and rolling the cuffs. There just seemed to be too much fabric everywhere. The color was a gorgeous dark blue-purple. Lovely! If you're a 2, choose the 36 not the 38.
