I have never worn an off the shoulder dress. With the ability to tie it as tight as you want, it was very comfortable. I chose the Petite just because I didn't want to wear heals. Very light fabric, almost beachy.

Long waisted and short legs
I really like it and it was perfect for the 70s dance party. However I added a wrap belt because the torso is long so the crouch hung a little low. The legs were fine because I was wearing flats but too short if you want to wear heels.
