Cute but small
These were cute. Petite was ankle length on me (5 ft 2 with short legs). Waist fit fine, hits and thighs weren't flattering (too tight creating baggy crotch). Would recommend sizing up for a more wide leg fit, especially if you're pear shaped.

Fun and warm denim jacket
This fit well. Slightly cropped, slightly oversized, and goes with a lot. This is lined and quite warm, so best for cooler weather. Goes great over a dress or with high waisted pants.

A little costumey and overwhelming, but good fit
This actually fit me quite well. The corset is flattering and not uncomfortable, the arms aren't outrageously long, and the fabric is soft. The Vneck wasn't super low, but enough to keep it from being too pilgrim. I did overall find that the dress was a bit too costumey and didn't end up wearing it out. I feel like it might have been more wearable if it was shorter. On someone with a bolder personal style or someone who is talller I could see this being great.

Very plasticky, short in crotch
I hated these so much! They feel very sweaty and plasticky on the legs and I just couldn't get past it. They also were a bit too short in the rise for me, which added to the discomfort. The inseam was the right length for me for a wide leg (I'm short).

Perfect winter blazer
This is such a great winter wardrobe piece! The fabric is very thick and cozy. It’s somewhat oversized without being completely overpowering on a petite frame. I liked it better belted than free hanging, but you could do either. The collar does lay a little funny and the sleeves are long (I used the hairband trick to ruche them). This goes with everything!

Awkward length to style
Loved the material and buttons on this, but found it awkward to style. It's not quite cropped, but not long so it sort of cuts you in half. Also is a little clingier through the arms than I like my jackets to be. Glad I tried it through RTR because it's one I almost bought and am very glad I didn't! It's more of a cardigan than a jacket, but is too thick to tuck. Sleeves are cropped (wrist length on my short arms).

Cute but tight sleeves
This jacket is so cute! The buttons really elevate it and the length and sleeve length work well for petites. It’s roomy/boxy through the body, but the sleeves/armpits run tight. Fabrics on this are great and otherwise really love this.

No stretch, runs small in hips
I hated this dress so much. The material has no stretch and is somewhat scratchy. It runs small, especially through the hips. It has decent structure and support through the top, so you can get away without a bra. This looked more christmassy on the website, in person it was much more black and red and felt more 90s vs. holiday. Do not recommend for pear shapes. If I had sizing up, the top would have been too big. Length of this was fine, I wore short heels and it didn’t drag. If you’re tall, you might have to wear flats.

Cute but very scratchy
There’s no zipper on this, so you have to get the waist over your shoulders and the fabric is very scratchy. The fabric is also pretty thin and there’s definitely no way to wear a bra. It does adjust in a bunch of places so should be pretty flexible in terms of sizing. I didn’t need tape, it stayed put once on. Probably wouldn’t rent this again because of the fabric, but it was cute.

Flattering but costumey and short
This is so cute in theory and the boning makes it flattering. No bra needed and plenty of support. Unfortunately, this felt very costumey (like a figure skater). The skirt is very short so recommend shorts or tights. I think this is probably more ideal for creating curves on a more straight body, but it is stretchy so still fit. Won’t rent again.

Runs small and short
The sequins on this are gorgeous, but it fits very small. I’m pear shaped with a long torso and this just barely covered the butt. Didn’t end up wearing this out because it was just too short and tight to be flattering. Would recommend sizing up.

Gorgeous winter wedding dress
This dress is so flattering and very warm. It was perfect for an outdoor winter wedding. If you’re going to be indoors and dancing, you may get overly warm. The dress is very stretchy and thick, I’d size based on your chest/shoulders as that’s the most limiting. There’s no zipper, so the waist will need to fit over your shoulders, but it is very stretchy. I rented the 40 and the 38 and they were honestly hard to tell apart size wise, but the 38 fit a bit nicer in the chest (I’m pear shaped with narrow shoulders and a small rib cage). There’s no support, so you’ll likely want a strapless or off the shoulder bra. Length wise, this was perfect floor length on me in 2inch heels at 5ft 2, so if you’re tall it may end up ankle length.

Very cute but a little thin
This is so cute and I love the shimmer to it. The color is a little more purple vs. bronze in real life. I didn’t end up wearing this out because the fabric is fairly thin and it was a cold weather event. You probably want shapewear with this because it’s clingy through the tummy and hips. It’s very stretchy, so size is probably flexible. This does have a good amount of volume up top and does add some bulk there. You can wear a normal bra and the cutout is modest. It was full/low ankle length on me (5ft2).

Perfect fun formal bag

Perfect for a winter wedding
Sleeves are a little long for petites, overall runs a little big, but very cozy and kept me super warm. The scarf is a little annoying to keep where it should be vs in back, but was so warm when outside. I wore this in 25 degree weather for an outdoor wedding ceremony and it was perfect! Fur was in great shape, seemed like new.

Cute but warm with longggg arms
This was so cute and the length was perfect for me (just long enough to tuck without bulk). This is a wool sweater so it’s pretty warm and probably best for fall, winter or early spring. The sleeves were really long and have a lot of volume, but I still loved this.

Oversized, thick coat-like fabric
I thought this would be a perfect petite summer blazer, but unfortunately it’s quite bulky and oversized even though it’s cropped. I think this runs a size big. Shoulders were very large and sleeves were long. Looked/felt really high quality but also very thick/warm fabric so best for early spring vs. summer (even in the Bay Area).

Perfect summer pants for petite pears
I adore these pants so much! They are amazing for travel, don’t wrinkle and are a great length (I’m 5ft 2 with short legs and these hit on my low ankle). The waist cinches you in, the hips are generous and the material has some heft and keeps its shape without being hot. I really want to own these!

Cute idea but runs small
Love the style but this just didn’t work for me. I’m generally an XXS or XS in tops, and this was too tight to layer well (made tops bulge from being tight in the shoulders/arms). The material was a bit thinner than I expected, this could be a lovely summer cardigan over something sleeveless, but that’s just not what I was looking for. The sleeves are too long for petites and the material is a tad scratchy to wear without something underneath.

Close but not for XS petites
This is such a cute blazer made of great material. The material is soft and lightweight and the jacket is lined. Everything looks really high quality and it basically goes with everything. Unfortunately, I just felt like it looked frumpy on me. This fits larger than typical Veronica Beard and on me it was a little large but not really oversized in a cute way. Wish it worked out, because I love it on others!

Perfect old Hollywood dress
This was gorgeous and ran true to size. It would be amazing if they offered this in a short length because it was too long on me even with 4 inch heels. Fabric is very thick and flattering. Dress is probably made for someone less pear shaped than me, but I still loved it. Looked and felt expensive!
