Don't be fooled by the dress name, this is certainly a blue dress, not purple. I am a size 0 and found I had a bit of trouble getting this dress above my hips, but I did it without ripping the dress or breaking into a full sweat. It is certainly formfitting, but overall looked great.

Now don't get me wrong, the dress was nice and still looked great. However, if I tried it on at a store I wouldn't have picked it. The color is great, a bright cobalt. The length is very matronly, hits an inch below the knee which I did not like. The lace on the dress didn't lie flat which was annoying and I had to wear a strapless bra with an extender with the dress. I felt the size was a bit loose as well. Ok dress, maybe better for someone with totally different tastes than myself.

I fell in love with the shape of this dress and have previously rented a Zac Posen. The material is odd, almost plasticky on the outside sheath. It looked beautiful on but was pretty roomy. The straps liked to slide down my shoulders and it was a bit loose in the hips, but overall it was pretty great. Beautiful color and a great cut.

The dress is gorgeous and fits like a glove! It's definitely tight with a bit of give, but the zipper is hard to get up, even if you're not in the dress. I wore a normal demi bra with it, and nothing showed. Very comfortable and a beautiful color, and worn with a gold necklace and rose/nude heels.

I absolutely loved this dress! I was a little worried after reading one of the reviews, but so glad I stuck with it. I'm also happy to apparently be the first brunette to review it! It's a nice structured material, a little thick, but it helped maintain the shape. I wore a strapless bra with it, and had no problems with it peeking out, and paired with the dress got some sort of cleavage goin'. Overall, the color was beautiful (but definitely a lot more blue than the model photo), cut was great and it looked good. I wish I could have kept this one!
