I ordered this dress to take to Atlanta for my best friend's 25th birthday. I originally ordered a size 2, with a backup size 0. Days before delivery I was informed the size 2 wasn't available so RTR would send the 0 and a dress of another style. When it was delivered I didn't fret too much over the 0 because based on the reviews, how the dress looked in person (and how rail skinny I am) I figured I could handle it. BOY WAS I WRONG!! The size 0 barely fit! I was able to zip it up but man, was it tight!!! I basically had to hold my breath all night. It fit like a second skin. The collar was a little tight around the neck, so I left the zipper unzipped a little bit for breathing room. Also, there is absolutely no wearing a bra with this dress as it will show due to the cut of the front and sides. Instead I put on pastys so everything wouldn't show through. I didn't even try on or take the other dress RTR sent me because I didn't like the style or design at all. I still very much liked the style, but I believe my experience would've been much better had the size 2 been available like I requested.

I wore this to an Indy 500 after party. I am so glad I read the reviews before ordering because the dress runs large. I normally wear a size 2, but ordered a 0 and it fit very comfortably. I'd even say I had a little extra breathing room! The fabric is lovely and stretchy, but thick. My favorite thing is that the peplum fell in all the right places - it covered the "pooch" area so you couldn't tell if I had a full stomach or was bloated, and it covered my butt so you couldn't see my panty lines! No Spanx or thong necessary! My only complaint is because I have such a small chest I had to keep pulling the dress up and my strapless bra would occasionally peek out of the back, but that could be fixed with some wardrobe tape. Otherwise I'd say at $35 rental is a steal!
