Material was stretchy and you cant go wrong with this for a party, bday, date. I wouldnt consider it formal affair appropriate. The assemtrical hem and origami like details made it classy and sexy. Get the smaller size if possible because it stretches throughout the night.

I wore this dress for NYE and loved it! It was comfy because the stretchy material but it was still really hot! I got tons of compliments. I would go with a smaller size like you would with an Herve/ bandage material dress because the material really is body fitting and gives you good curves! Easy to accessorize. Can't go wrong with this one!

I rented this for a black tie wedding and got so many compliments!! It was sexy and fun but still really classy and the longer length- chiffon/flowy material on the bottom made it pretty and girly too. It was comfortable. I am only 5'0 and the 2Petitie length was perfect with heels which is exciting because I usually can't rent long from RTR. The only "negative" is the bra situation- make sure to plan ahead. I personally went braless and used the tape/pasties RTR sent me with the dress. I just ordered this dress to have for my own collection- I loved it that much!

I rented this for a summer wedding. I ended up not wearing it because the XS was tight on my chest with the boning and I didn't think I would be comfortable. I also had another option that was more black tie appropriate so I went with that one but the dress was really fun, cute- the colors were bright but classy. There was a cool zipper down the back. I would consider this again for another event but I wish RTR offered it in a Small.

I rented this for a summer wedding but didn't end up wearing it due to the material and the fit- the fabric itself was very thick/hjeavy and not look I was going for. I wanted a fun, classy, summer look. I also found the dress to be very long- but then again, I am 5'0. My friend tried it on too who was 5'5 and felt the same. I think it's best for taller girls. The color is great though!

Wish I got the XS- especially considering the option to go up/down a size but the XS wasn't available at the time of my order. I wore a Small and it was good but it definitely stretches a lot throughout the night and I wish it was tighter! I have a couple Herve's of my own but get nervous with purchasing a bright colors and have always stuck with neutrals, which it why I rented this style and ended up loving the color- photographs well- got tons of compliments!
