Great party dress for Mardi Gras Ball if you don't want a long gown.
Normally wear a size 6 in jeans. This medium was snug and fitted, but stretchy. A little itchy in the armpit but not terrible. Slightly low cut but not too busty if you're the right size for it. Got lots of compliments on it. The dress looks purple/maroon in the pictures on RTR site, but it's really just silver/black with VERY slight purple sequin tint.

Beautiful, but a little bit short
Ordered the 4R and it fits true to size, but ran a little bit short in length with 3" heels and I'm just 5'4". Comfortable and stretchy, but lovely dress.

Wore the dress for a Mardi Gras Ball. Beautiful! Runs true to size, has some stretch to it so it is very comfortable. I wore 3 " heels and it still grazed the floor which was perfect. Hard to zip up without help because the zipper gets stuck on the sequins/fabric. Slightly low cut in the front, but not inappropriate. Got lots of compliments!

Beautiful dress but small in ribcage area.
BEAUTIFUL!! But I normally wear a 6R or 4R and this dress wouldn't zip in the ribcage area between waist and chest. No stretch in the top sequin part. So pretty though. If you're athletic build, size up. If you have a small body frame, it will fit true to size. I ended up wearing a 6R in another gown that had stretch and still had room to spare.

Beautiful hot pink/magenta color. Wore to a Mardi Gras ball.
Beautiful dress and beautiful color. The material is really thin, so you need to wear silicone nipple covers. The built-in shelf bra is REALLY thin so it doesn't provide any boob support or nipple coverage. Can't really wear a bra because the back is strapless. Ruching is perfect to cover any flaws in the belly. Drapes beautifully and dress is beautiful! Sizing is perfect. I normally wear size 26 jeans (2) but 2 or 4 in formal dresses. 4R fit perfectly--not too snug, comfortable.

Beautiful, sparkly, comfortable dress. Perfect for Mardi Gras masquerade ball!
Very stretchy and comfortable. Beautiful dress and color. The sequins didn't really scratch or bother me. Zipper is a little bit temperamental, but you just need help getting zipped in. Runs true to size. I typically wear size 26 jeans, size 2 regular clothes, size 2-4 in formal dresses. I got the 4R and it fit great. Didn't try on the 2R although I suspect it would have fit. There was lots of stretch and room in the 4R. I'm 5'4" and the regular length was just right. Skimmed the floor with my 3 inch heels.

I ended up not wearing this because it was sent by RTR since my backup was not available. Plus, it was too small. I normally wear a 4 in formal dresses (or size 2 if the material has some stretch). The 2R was just a bit small in the bust/ribs area and I couldn't zip it up at the very top. There is no stretch to this material so if you are between sizes, I would go up. The narrowest part of the dress falls right between your navel and the bottom of your boobs, so it's best suited for hourglass figures. I ended up letting my friend wear it. She is 5'5" and about 117 pounds. The 2R fit her perfectly. The length hit her about an inch off the ground with her 4 inch heels. Beautiful dress. The draping at the chest and back are so pretty!

Beautiful red dress, comfy, true to size
This was my first choice but I ended up loving my backup dress more, so I didn't wear this one. It is a beautiful red, stretchy, comfy. The ruching drapes nicely over the belly if that's a problem area for you. I got the 4R which fit perfectly. With 3 inch heels, it was about an inch off the floor. (I'm just under 5'4").

Beautiful bright color, flattering, and very comfortable!
This dress is a deep purplish/blue color. The lace has a lot of stretch to it. I normally wear between a 2-4 and the 2R was perfect. Enough give in the fabric to be very comfortable and dance all night. The length was just grazing the floor with 3 inch heels. Size 4R would've been too loose and I suspect I would've been pulling up the top all night. Customer service was great. This was actually my 2nd backup and it was perfect.
