Didn't come with a belt, though had loops for a belt. Cute dress and true to size. Kate Spade dresses are always wonderful though this didn't have The pizazz I was hoping for.

Definitely runs tight, but the cut of the dress is extremely flattering. The pattern is bold but not overwhelming. Perfect for a date or a girls night out!
