This was a great outfit for a Sweet 16 I went to, I wanted to order the next size up but wasn't available and the lady @ RTR was so helpful! She told me that 13 had said it ran big so I should try the size 46R which is a size 10. It fit perfect and loved that is stretched. I got more compliments and would love to wear this again to another event in the future.
