I rented this for a bridal brunch for a June wedding. The dress was super cute, but RTR sent me a 1X and 2X. I wore the 1X, but I think the 0X that I ordered would have fit perfect. In my opinion, the dress is cut really large through the hips and thighs. I did not wear a bra. The back cut too low for me to wear a regular bra. Overall it was a fun dress. However, there was a faint stain on the dress I didn't notice until I was heading out the door.

I wore this for a rehearsal dinner. The size 14 fit perfect and I didn't have to wear a bra. I would recommend sizing down for your back up size. Im usually a 16 or 18, but this dress is a W size so it runs larger. This dress could be dressed up a lot if needed. I received a lot of compliments and would rent it again! I paired it with a belt but it looked great without one too.

Love this dress so much, but it was huge on me. I'm a true 18 and the 2X was falling off of me. If I relaxed my shoulders it would slide right down. I tried to pin it up and there was no hope. I will rent this again in the right size for my next event. I think the XL would have been perfect, maybe even the L.

This was a backup dress and I ended up not wearing it because it was too tight for my liking and I thought it was too dressy for the wedding I was attending. I'm a true 18 and this dress was tight in the size 16. I had on spanx in the photo, and was okay with wearing it like that if need be. I would order your normal size and then size up since the dress is fitted.

This was a back up dress. I ended up really liking it for a 5:30 outdoor wedding. I was unsure about the color when I chose it, but it worked out. Nice thick fabric. I'm a true 18, but the 18 was too big under the arms, so I went with the 16 and it was perfect. The bottom is super flowy so you can probably size down.

This dress didn't work for me and I had to send it back. I usually wear an 18, and the 2x was too snug around my stomach. On the model it seems as though the dress is flowy, but the fabric is more stretchy and fitting.

I took a risk by ordering this dress. I'm usually a size 18, but I really loved the dress and wanted to see if I could make the 16 work. Much to my surprise the 14 fit perfectly. Not sure if the 16 would have been too big or not because it was not available to ship with my order. I love the high neck and accessorized with black dangle earrings and black heels. I loved this dress because I thought it was very stylish. It was not made for me but I made it work. I'd go with your normal size and then a size down...especially if you are short. I had to pin the straps to make them a good two inches shorter. The dress was just too long on me and a little big. It made the dress for more like a shift dress rather than a more fitted style like it is on the model. The dress gives about a inch or two more fabric in the hip area so it would be great for an hourglass shape.

I ordered an 18W and 20W. They were both too big in my opinion, but I was able to make the 18W work. I think the dress is made to fit kid of loose, but the 20W swallowed me. The 18w looked fine once I put on heels. I really loved this dress, but I wish I would of had the 16W

This dress would be perfect for someone with an hourglass figure. I ordered an 18W and a 20W and wore the 20W. I would say I'm normally an 16W or 18W. I almost feel like this dressed isn't sized as a W and that they were just regular sizes (personal opinion). The waist of this dress is small compared to the straps and skirt of the dress. I'm 5'4 and the length was fine, but I ran into problem with the straps. They were kind of loose, and since this dress is so low cut you want the straps to be fitted. There was also gapping under the arms. I was able to pin the straps and make it work. I used fashion tape and wore a low cut sticky bra from victoria's secret to help hold my boobs up. I got a lot of compliments and overall the dress worked well. However, just be aware the waist is going to be really small.
