Appropriate for the occasion.
It has a bit of a weird frumpy fit. But the beautiful color and the luxurious silk fabric make up for the down side of the fit. A really nice dress for hour glass figures that would remove the element of frump.

I didn't wear it because it didn't fit well
Perhaps the next size up would have worked better. It was quite small across the bust and unforgiving in the tummy part. Because of the little holes in the crochet detailing it's very hard to hide a bra. The color is beautiful and it's definitely a good dress for tall athletic builds.
