I have to start by saying that I really wanted to love this dress. I hoped it would be elegant, sexy while still modest, and would hug all my curves just right....but I was sadly disappointed. I found it really odd that the dress didn’t have any zipper and that you have to slip it over your head (which I didn’t realize until my hair and makeup was already done). The material was thick, stiff, and was really loose in my tummy area. I’m not sure if this dress was just stretched out, but the fit was not flattering. Honestly, for a dress that retails over $1k it fell flat. There was nothing “wow” about it at all. The stitching detail on the back actually was a little worn/frayed so this DID not look like a designer dress but something I found last minute at Windsor.

The fit on this dress was flattering although I found the fit to be on the smaller side all around. It was a little difficult to walk in because of the taper at the knees, but the length was almost perfect (I’m 5’3 and wore a kitten heel with this). This dress is gorgeous, but it wasn’t a knockout.
