I really liked the fit, tapered at the waist. I liked the 3/4 sleeve because it keep me warm enough that I didn't need to carry a jacket around all night. The high neckline and edgy zipper on the back makes this top easy to dress up for work or more casual for the weekend. I wore it for both! It was a little big but the large laid nicely over my rump so it worked for me.
