Wear an undergarment
Very low cut and a try wrap with just the ties to hold it in place. No hidden buttons to make sure it stays put.

Mixed feelings on this one
I needed a loose fitting dress to wear after major surgery and this fit the bill. I got a lot of compliments but I felt like I was wearing a mu mu. It was very comfy and would have looked cuter with a belt but beware of the low neckline and short length.
