This was an exceptional NYE dress, and delighted many other partygoers!
I wore this dress for a NYE bash, and a few subsequent stops at other venues. The dress was comfortable for dancing, although the slip had a tendency to peek below the hem of the lace. This did not detract from its beauty, as the top created a corseted effect. If you want to conceal broad shoulders, these lace straps are full enough to do the trick; the décolletage is front and center. You will have a tiny waistline and show just enough leg (hit mid-thigh) to feel sexy but unexposed. I wore this dress when I'd put on a few pounds of holiday weight, so I'd recommend that other tall, slim women consider both the XS and S.

The color and cut of this dress are uniquely suited for an elegant evening!
The color is gorgeous, looks more like a brilliant Indigo hue. I wore this dress for dinner and drinks, loved the length; the dress hit just a few inches above the knee. I wore the XS, but could have gone smaller if the option was available. Nevertheless, the fabric was sufficiently stretchy, concealed my tummy after a large dinner, and created a beautiful silhouette. I wore a sticky strapless bra, which may be optional for fuller-chested women. I double-wrapped a chain-link necklace, tucked into the neckline, to give a pop of gold. I received many compliments, and would recommend this elegant dress to anyone considering renting it!

This dress was a lovely choice for a fine dining restaurant.
The dress fits well and the longer straps were not as problematic as other reviewers seemed to indicate; they mitigated the dreaded arm fat bulge. I only ordered the size 2, although I could have gone down a size to tighten the torso, this size fit well and allowed for a well-padded strapless bra. You can create ample cleavage in this dress! The thick material has a nice sheen. This may be too formal for some affairs, due to color and material, but was perfect for fine dining and post-dinner cordials. Choose an elegant statement necklace, then enjoy the splendor of this beautiful dress!
