This dress is glorious. Beautiful, unforgettable color, flattering and feminine. And very, very comfortable. I wish I had sized down for my back up size; I am definitely a pear and ran into my typical problem--it fit well on the bottom half but was a touch too big on the top. I wish I could have tried one size smaller with shapewear. I also wish I didn't have tan lines! Oh well--got lots of compliments anyway and my husband was mesmerized!

Wore these in Vegas with the red Silvietta Cocktail Dress. They were PERFECT. Light and easy to wear with a bit of sparkle and lots of gorgeous movement. I would DEFINITELY rent again, especially for a dress with a bold neckline that needs to stand on it's own without interference from a necklace!

I love, love, loved this dress. It was spectacular--beautiful fabric, very luxe but not too heavy or hot for a summer wedding. The particular dress I received wasn't in prime condition--I could tell it had been "in the rotation" at RTR for a bit, but it was still completely beautiful. The fit was perfection for me--I am definitely a pear shape (6 or 8 on top, and a solid 10 on the bottom), and it was small enough on top and roomy enough on the bottom, despite the fact that there was no stretch. I wore some Spanx but mostly just for the smoothness, not because the dress was tight. The length is so elegant--the dress hit me right at the knees, with a little slit that lets you sit and climb into cars comfortably. I wrapped the belt twice, tying it just in a knot on the side (I thought tying it in a bow was just a little too sweet for such a sophisticated dress). I accessorized with gold shoes, bag, and jewelry, but I think it would look so beautiful with gunmetal grey accessories, too.

I really wanted to love this dress, and I liked it a lot, but didn't wear it. I would say this dress runs true to size or even a touch big--it is pretty forgiving, especially for pear shapes. It doesn't stretch, but I felt like it was roomy in the hips and slim through the waist. I ordered a size 10, which was too large--but the 8 probably would have fit. (I'm usually a 6 or 8 on top, 10 on the bottom.) The material is DIVINE (a silk/cotton blend)--so soft and comfortable, but also rich feeling. It will come wildly wrinkled but hang it up in a steamy shower for a while and you'll be fine. The color is a little funny--I would say it almost has a green undertone, rather than the bright, lemony color that shows up on my computer. I think it would have looked better on me if I had more of a tan.

This dress was amazingly beautiful and elegant. Just a really special dress--I felt totally beautiful but didn't upstage my sister, the bride, at her rehearsal dinner. I'm a pear shape and this dress was perfect--showed off my waist with plenty of room for my curvy hips!

I wore this dress for a New Year's Eve party, and it was perfect. The sparkle was fun, but the color and cut made it really refined and elegant. It's not a dress to wear if you want people to check out your every curve--it's ladylike and sophisticated. I disagree with the reviewer who said it would look weird belted--if I had had a gold or brown belt that would have worked with it, I would have belted it and I think it would have looked great. As far as fit goes, I'm definitely a pear shape, so as other reviewers have mentioned, the small was good on top but way too tight in the hips. I wore the medium instead--the hips were perfect, but the top was a bit large. I wore a padded bra and it was no problem. It's probably a dream of a dress for someone who is more apple-shaped. I would rent it again!
