Sexy for date night!
I'm very curvy and this fit everything well. I didn't have much extra room in the torso, so while it was comfortable to wear to a theater show, I'm not sure how comfortable I would have been dancing or doing something requiring bending over, reaching, etc. without giving myself a wedgie! I needed help zipping and unzipping this, but there was a really nice lady in the bathroom who unzipped me then waited for me so she could zip me back up! The sleeves are very long and bunched up at the wrists a bit. There are no button holes, so I used the holes in the lace to push the buttons through. I played with turning the sleeves under for a hidden cuff, and that worked too. It is also very low cut and so I ultimately wore it with cami underneath (one pic has cami, the other one doesn't). I would wear it again.

I wear a 10-12, the medium was plenty roomy. I sinched it with a black leather tie front belt. It was perfect.

Pretty, feminine, forgiving
This dress can be worn on either side, with the very in front or in back. I wore it in front to make the look a little Sevier for date night. This was comfortable all night. The arm holes are a little snug, but not uncomfortable. Because of the metallic thread, it looks dressier in person, and I felt slightly over drssed for dinner and a movie with the hubby, but would have been a great semi formal loom.

Worn for a professional conference dinner/cocktail reception. It was perfect. Comfortable fit. True to size. 12 was a little loose in the body but the heavy lace fabric made it so it laid nicely. Would definitely rent again!

The color was great, fit is comfortable for curves. Simple and elegant.
The color stood out and was flattering. I tucked the top flutter layer in because it added too much volume and was not flattering on my body. But it worked and I was comfortable all night. After eating and sitting, the boning started to dig into my ribs, but it just reminded me to sit up straight! I wore a black, white, yellow and gold necklace, white lucite bangle and nude colored strappy sandals as accessories.

Cute fabric, but no stretch. In doubt, size up.
I love love love this fabric and pattern. This may have worked better for me in the next size up (it wasn't available), but it smashed my boobs (sports bra style), pooched out under my butt like a bird tail, and rode up while I walked. I have major booty, so that happens sometimes, but I was really disappointed this didn't work out.

Hugs curves in all the WRONG places.
Although adorable on the hanger, the 12 was super tight, and I didn't even bother with the 10. I was concerned it would be too short, it wasn't, and while it fit ok in the bust, it hugged the tummy and the hips and was not flattering at all. This dress is definitely made for a straighter, non-curvy figure.

Beautiful and sophisticated formal gown.
Rented for my formal family Christmas portrait. It was perfect. I wanted a look that said beautiful and sophisticated without looking matronly. The volume, color and cut were perfect. If I were going to an event, I think this dress is beautiful and safe, but not particularly stylish or unique. I wear a 36 DD, so it was a little tight in the back, I don't know if it would be comfortable all night, but for a smaller chest, it would have been very comfortable.

Hello Bombshell!
Got this dress for formal family Christmas pictures. I wanted a more classic look, so I didn't wear it for the pics, but I wish I would have had a event to go to! I always fit great in a BCBG size 12, and my husband asked "Can you just buy that dress?" he liked it on me so much. Fit like a glove, I loved the flirty bottom, peplum and the body con torso. I normally wear a size 10-12 pants, size 10-12 dress, size 36DD bra: hippy but I don't have much of a stomach. Highly Recommend!
