Loved this dress -- my only complaint here is that the straps were insanely long with no adjustment. I had to tie knots in the straps in order to avoid anything coming out.

Awesome work appropriate dress with a bit of edge -- only downside is the leather is very sticky so can be bothersome on a hot day.

Wore this dress out for an anniversary dinner. Perfect length, lace bottom is super cute. -- If larger chested, HIGHLY recommend sizing up, as the button at my chest was on the tighter side.

Cute dress, but difficult to keep on.
This dress is adorable, but not suitable for work meetings where you may be standing a lot. The sizing runs slightly large, and the slip for underneath tends to pull down exposing under garments -- the back tie would also not stay tied, causing a large amount of back exposure.

Loved the sleeve detailing on this dress, perfect length for work.
This is a great addition to the work rotation. Perfect length with just a little bit of sexy with the buttons running down the sleeves. It is slightly on the boxier side, so would recommend a belt.
