Shrunken in the wash?
It was like it had been shrunken in the wash or something. Couldn't even get the zipper up on size medium!

This bag is the perfect size for everything!
I loved everything about this bag EXCEPT when you put something heavier in it (laptop) the strap is not secured in the buckle and slides out. Perfect for everyday items however and it is nice to be able to adjust the strap size. The leather is beautiful and the bag has a great "fold" to it when carried.
