Flattering cut, received many compliments
I wore this to a fundraising gala. DVF dresses are normally small, but between the 4 and 6, I chose the 4 and it fit perfectly. The A-line skirt worked well for me and made it so flattering. I did need to steam the dress before wearing. Overall, a great choice for fall/winter events!

Sexy little black dress
If I was 10 pounds thinner, this dress would have been perfect. The size small is not loose like some have mentioned - in fact, it's very form fitting. It's tight throughout, especially in the rear. Cute, but not for me.

I rented this dress for a special holiday dinner date but did not wear it. I'm fairly curvy and figured this dress would be perfect for my body shape. I was so wrong. The fabric is as thick as upholstery and seriously emphasized my bootie (not in a good way). I tried on the larger size and it was more flattering to my hips, but was way too big in the shoulders and chest. If you are thin and have no butt, I would recommend this dress. But, it's not for curves.

Cute and super flattering!
I wore this to my class reunion last August and it was the perfect dress! It's very flattering and could be accessorized in many ways. It runs large, so I would recommend ordering one size down. Unfortunately, the ribbon hangers (or whatever you call them) kept slipping down, which was annoying. I didn't realize they were showing until the photos were sent. The strap was visibly hanging down my shoulder. :(

Sweet and elegant
This dress was beautifully construsted and I loved the attention to detail, especially at the shoulders where the fabric is gathered. I ordered the dress expecting a warm day, but being in Minnesota, it actually snowed in April! I threw on a cardi and said to heck with it! Got tons of compliments. This is a conservative dress. Would be great for weddings, showers, or summertime business events. The fit is forgiving and flattering!
