Soft fabric, fits well, almost knee length. Wore it with black tights and black ankle leather boots. Perfect for work and going out for dinner in the evening. Warm so no jacket needed. Would not order a size on the smaller size because looks more elegant a bit loose. Will happily rent it again while the weather is cold!

I love Herve Leger and usually wear a medium. This dress fit really well all over, looked fantastic and had a sneaky strap inside around the back to keep it up, so unlike most strapless dresses it did not fall down at all. I wore a strapless Marie Jo bra underneath. I would recommend it as long as you feel comfortable in the Herve Leger look - it is a tight fitting dress!
