A splashy work dress
A little plunging if you have an ample chest or a particularly conservative work environment. I loved it though and felt incredible in it. Would consider buying it and will be renting in other colors

I wore this dress while officiating a black tie optional wedding.
Absolutely great dress for an hourglass figure woman. It made my waist look tiny, while still having room for my 38F+ bustline. Fantastic color and extremely comfortable to dance in as well! I got tons of compliments on it. My only caution is that the dress runs short. I am just shy of 5'5" and had to wear the flats I had planned to use for the after party all evening because it hit at the ankle. A taller woman or one whose heart is set on wearing heels definitely needs to order the long! Overall another RTR hit.

Absolutely perfect note for a southern black tie wedding
I am an amply busted woman and always worry that a dress won't fit. This was an absolute dream and perfect for any woman with a similarly generous hourglass figure! There was also excellent support built into the dress and in perhaps 10 hours, I didn't find myself hitching it up once. My only hesitation for other women is that at 5'5" and in 4.5-5" heels, the dress was still a touch too long. I navigated just fine, but others might find it cumbersome. It's a knockout dress that is VERY flattering and comfortable, so I think it is totally worth it!

Wore this to a graduation dinner with some friends at NYC restaurant
I have a very full bust line, which is always my biggest concern with a dress. This fit fantastic, both the 10 & the 12. The 10 was probably a slightly better fit, but the zipper was a little wonky, so I ended up going with the 12. It was definitely short, so if you aren't comfortable in a short cut, this isn't for you. I loved that look with the more conservative top to balance out the leggy, fluffy bottom! Also: the lace was bluer than I expected based on the photo, but still fantastic for a date night or other special event.
