I wore this to a Thursday evening wedding. It felt flirty and fun.
The neck line is rather low. In my opinion this could be a nice, flattering detail or an inappropriate call...it really depends on your bust size. The skirt is also on the shorter side. I felt flirty in the dress although I wish it felt slightly more formal. I worked fine for the wedding I attended. It was a weekday evening and the attire ranged from maxi dresses to more formal cocktail dresses (read: sequins).

Fit was snug on rib cage and had some give in the mid section. I am post part in and wanted to make sure I had some room since I'm still getting back into shape. Otherwise I would've gone a size smaller.
