I received a lot of compliments on this dress (wedding rehearsal and dinner)
This is a size SMALLER than I should be wearing so the chest was tight on me. The top part is ruffly and there is a hook enclosure to close up the chest that took me a while to figure out. The material is really sturdy so it really made me felt cinched in and I could have gone with the intended design but I didn't want to risk discomfort for the long day ahead of me so I went with the "open" concept. It looks great in real life and I got a lot of compliments, comments like 'elegant' and people close to me remarked on how much it must have cost me... so clearly the dress doesn't look cheap. I'm a size 16.

I sized up so the dress was loose on the body prompting me to use a belt. It worked though because the arms weren't too tight and thus less itchy. The material is definitely scratchy on the arms but it gets better after youve worn it for a few minutes. The body of the dress is lined so thats not a problem. The dress is also a little warm even though its short so I wore it on a chilly day with tights. It is a short dress so I would not have worn it without tights or shorts.
