This was a second choice selection sent to me after my first choice was not available. I don't believe short girls should wear anything even close to a maxi dress (makes you look pregnant), as a result, I was hesitant. The dress fit beautifully everywhere, EXCEPT, even in a 4 inch heel it was 4 inches too long! Temporary hem tape is not an option as there are too layers to this dress. One solid layer which is closer to your body and the outside layer that has the pattern. Using temporary hem tape would not have worked! If you are tall, this dress is perfect for you.

I was looking forward to wearing this dress, but the interior seams are visible through the outer layers, and make you look heavier, at least they did for me. It is nearly impossible to see that in the pictures, but if I was taller it might have hit at a different point on my torso. I ended up wearing something I already had.

I have to say that I had so much fun wearing this dress. I felt incredible. I am short with a small bust, small waist and slightly wider hips. The XS was perfect. If my bust had been any larger it would have been too tight across from the left shoulder to the under arm on the right side, but lucky for me it was perfect. I wore black, suede JCREW platforms and the golden leaf earrings from RTR. It was awesome.

This dress was amazing. I have a small bust, small waist and somewhat wider hips and this dress in a 4 fit like a dream. It hit me right above the knee. There is actually some sort of boning on the top, which isn't uncomfortable, I just didn't know it was coming that way. The dress just so comfortable. I wore gold shoes with mine.
