Interview appropriate!
I ordered for an interview but it didn't arrive on time. I loved the fit - SO flattering. Too formal for my office day to day but would be perfect for a conference or meeting. I will definitely order again and be excited to wear when occasion arises.

Loved this - soft and comfortable - wore once with jeans and once with black pants.
Size down for a tighter fit, Small was perfect for me, not tight, not too big, a little loose. Has good structure but feels soft and comfortable.
