For me -
The fit of this was odd…the top was too oversized and slid off my shoulders, which is definitely not something I generally run in to. I didn’t wear it beyond a try on, but can definitely see how this could be styled to work for a formal date or cocktail wedding.

Comfy and flattering
This gave me an hourglass figure, and was so comfortable. Perfect for this quintessential mom bod 🤭 will rent again. Wore out to dinner, and felt like I looked great :)

So cute, so structured…so not forgiving
Everything was going well till the zipper came to the upper torso. Tried as I might, my bosom was not going to submit to the non-stretch fabric. I exchanged it for a bigger size, but from what I could tell…it’s structured, and snatched…like what waist?!

Not sure how, but this dress managed to be too big and too small at the same time? Things were going well till my hips came to play…I looked like a sausage ready to burst once everything was in place. The top was not flattering either … great color, though! I think on tall/slender/long torso ladies, this would be lovely.

So sad this didn’t work for me 🥺
Top is blousy and flowy. So sad the bottom didn’t work out…very snug…the button was holding the skirt shut with all its might. I didn’t want to risk sitting down or eating something as I feared the button would have become a dangerous, high velocity object.

avant garde, and so much fun!
This upcycled trouser skirt was so fun! It has interesting visual features and movement. I wore it with a black bodysuit, opaque tights and boots. I felt confident, and like grunge met corporate.

This is by no means for anyone lacking height. It’s a very straightforward dress, perfect for work, and comfy. I found it to fit too loosely, which was a shame. I didn’t wear the item out because of size and length :(
