I wore this dress for a pre-birthday night out with my husband and close friends. I noticed in reviews that the dress ran large, so I went with the 6. I'm curvy in the hip/butt area, so it was a teeny bit snug, but I think the 8 would have been too big. I didn't wear the dress with the belt, I didn't like how it broke me up. The color looked great and I was comfortable all night.

I wore this dress for an Oscar party at home. I was sent a 6 and an 8. The 6 fit perfectly on top, but the bottom fit very snugly. The 8 was still a little snug on the bottom, but the stitching on the top was completely gone, and it was already bigger on the top, so my cleavage was very much on display. But with a little fashion tape and a cami, I made it work. The dress was so pretty and good for an at-home party, but be aware if you have wider hips that the bottom may be tight and the top may be loose!
