I got this as an option for a wedding, but to be honest it was a little to scandalous for the event
Neckline was plunging and stopped about 2 inches above belly button, shoulders fit large. I would love to wear this to a gala or cocktail party, but it did not feel appropriate for a family event.

I typically feel uncomfortable in black tie attire, but this was cute, appropriate and comfortable!
Fit was great for short girls, and I did not trip over the dress, and was able to wear low heels. I got the 4P and the 2R. I have narrow shoulders so 2R worked best for me.
