Weird fit, unflattering top
I loved the print and colors so I wore this to work, but I wouldn’t rent again. The lining was so small I could barely get it over my hips, but the outer layer was baggy? The seams on the bodice created some unflattering bunching. Not sure who could rock this but it wasn’t me!

Nice but a bit too much
These are very comfortable! The fabric is soft and lightweight, but prone to wrinkles. But the main thing to know is that these are not your average daily, basic black work pants. These are pants that require confidence. Those pleats are PLEATS. The wide leg is WIDE. The high waist is HIGH.

Meh?
The fabric is nice but everything else is just slightly off. It’s tight in the shoulders so it’s hard to lift your arms but huge everywhere else. It has pockets (yay!) but they don’t lay flat and add volume at your hips. The buttons are on the wrong side for some reason. The belt is sewn on in a way that makes it super long on one side and short on the other regardless of how you tie it. I wouldn’t rent this one again.

Versatile dress
I wore this to a memorial service but this would also work well for the office. The fabric is lightweight so it worked well for warm early fall weather even with the long sleeves. The only downside is that the fabric had a couple of snags, though it wasn’t very noticeable unless you were looking closely. I rented the 6 and it fit true to size.

Tons of compliments!
Super comfortable and easy to style. I got lots of compliments on this one and would have considered buying if I’d rented a size down. I’m reliably a 6 and the medium was just a bit too big in the waist.

Cute & comfy…but literally pajamas
Ended up with these as an impulse rental to fill a final slot and ended up wearing them a lot! The print is fun and they are extremely comfortable and lightweight, but be forewarned that they very much appear to be very, very expensive cotton pajama pants.

This was surprisingly cute but the medium was a bit too large when considering the more relaxed silhouette. It’s very lightweight so the long sleeves and muted colors would make this a good transition piece later in the summer—plus, it has pockets! I’d rent again and consider buying in a smaller size.

FYI for the pear-shaped: the pockets on this don’t lay flat, so they add considerable width to your hips. I liked that you could adjust the length of the straps, but the very unflattering fit in the hips was a deal breaker for me. Didn’t wear this one.

Cute but impractical
I’m not normally a jumpsuit gal, and this validated all of my beliefs: they are cute, but no one wants to fully undress to go to the bathroom. The tie in the back was wide enough that I could get away with a regular bra, but the fabric is thick enough that you may not need one. There’s very little stretch in the fabric but just enough that the top wouldn’t stay tightly tied, but you’re going to be retying it every time you need to pee anyway! I’d say this fit true to size.

Cute, but wrong fabric for a wrap dress
Loved the print and the fabric is very lightweight and soft. Overall, this was very comfy and pretty flattering. Unfortunately, the fabric is a bit *too* lightweight for this to work well as a wrap dress. The print underneath showed through the fabric where the dress wraps around, and the tie wasn’t really up to the job—it ended the day scrunched up and loose. Plus, every small gust of wind caught the skirt and threatened a wardrobe malfunction. I’d consider renting again but this was not worth buying.

Stunning and comfy!
This is gorgeous, fun, and super comfortable for a formal gown - it’s light and not constricting. I’m usually a 6 but they only had an 8 available, which was a more relaxed fit on me. I’d say this is true to size.

Pretty, but just OK.
While this dress is gorgeous, there are some major caveats to consider. I found this to run a bit smaller than other Dress the Population dresses. (I’m reliably a medium in that brand.) It fit perfectly in the hips but everything above the waist was very snug. I’m not busty by *any* stretch of the imagination and the top was so tiny that I couldn’t even fit in a strapless bra. The sequins make the dress pretty heavy, so those tiny spaghetti straps were digging into my shoulders after only a few minutes. The straps were also sewn incorrectly so they were twisted and didn’t lay flat. The dress (regular length) was also a bit shorter than I expected - you can see a good amount of toe even wearing low 2” inch heels. It could work in a pinch but I will likely wear a backup for the event.

Got this as a last-minute backup for a wedding and fell in love. I usually wear a 6-8 and the medium fit like a glove. The neckline was very flattering for me (smaller chested with broad shoulders) and the skirt was so fun! Would definitely consider renting again!

Absolutely gorgeous color and fabric, but as other reviewers mentioned it runs small. I am usually a 6-8 and the 8 barely zipped. I could have easily gone with a 10 or 12. I didn't end up wearing it for my event because it was a bit too skintight for a family wedding. I also found this to be a pretty unflattering length. At 5'6," it came to about 3 inches below my knee - the only time I've thought I looked shorter while wearing 4-inch heels!
