A little too short for work
I ordered this for work. Unfortunately it ran a little too short for the office, even with tights. I think it would be better for a conservative cocktail party. It is a thick material and the details are really well done.

Straps run very long
I love the idea of this dress and it is a great twist on the typical black tie dress. I so badly wanted to wear it but the straps were so long there is no way they would stay up. I think you will need to be at least 5'4 to wear this dress.

Fun dress! Great for dancing
I wore this to a party with the dress code "boots and suits". This was dressy enough to seem like a cocktail dress but also was flirty and could go with cowboy boots. This could have also been dressed up or down. I loved how this dress moved when dancing.

Bright and flattering
I loved how this dress fit, the fabric was thick enough to hid flaws but wasn't hot. I loved the length and the dress did not ride up. I was able to wear a strapless bra. Loved the color as well!

Looks tiny fits great
I almost didn't even try this top on because it looked so tiny. It reminds me of those tiny scrunchie tops from 2002 but suddenly fits a normal person. Once I put it on it was adorable and very flattering. The fabric is thick enough to hide flaws. It was great for a date night with black jeans tucked in.

Sassy but conservative
I wore this to a dressy baby shower. I loved the print but the cut is conservative enough that it was great for a shower setting. You could wear this with tights or without. I wore it with tortoise patent pumps. I think the hardest part of this dress is finding shoes to go with it. Great thick fabric but not too thick that it is hot.

Simple black dress
This dress provides a classic understated look. It is not tight but does not look boxy. I liked how the shoulder detail provided a little bit of a different look.

Fun and festive
This was such a fun top. It is sheer but a tank underneath is not necessary. I loved the patterns and the zipper. I wore this with black skinny jeans and boots.

Classic black dress
This is a classic black dress. It definitely runs small, I am typically a 0 in most dresses and a 2 was very snug. This dress was not easy to dance in, but was very flattering. I was able to wear a strapless bra with this dress.

Warm, soft, so fun!
This might be the RTR item I have received the most compliments on. Total strangers were stopping me to compliment me. It is unusually warm which was great for the winter. I wore like a coat but also looked great as a sweater. It hit me mid calf. It is definitely oversized but the proportions don't swallow you.

Fun fall dress!
I received so many compliments on this dress. The velvet detail is subtle but also so great. It is an excellent dress for fall. I wore the dress with black booties and a leather jacket but it could be dressed up or down. It hit me just above my ankles so it was more of a maxi dress opposed to a midi.

Conservative but festive holiday dress
This dress is a thick stretchy material that will be very forgiving. The shimmer on the bottom is festive but not too flashy. It would be great for a work holiday party. It hit me about 2 inches above my knee.

Trendy print!
I loved the print and the fit. It was warm enough to wear on a cool day, not itchy at all. The only major difference is the pink that is pictured is actually a camel color, and not pink at all.

Great wedding dress
This light weight dress is great for a fall wedding with tights or even in the summer. It is not too tight, or too short so works great for a conservative wedding. I am 5'0 and it hit me mid thigh.

Cute casual dress
This is a cute casual dress. I was hoping it would have a dressier material, however it is more of a summer sundress material. This would be good for a baby shower or a day event. It was a little too casual for a wedding. It fits true to size in the bodice, at 5'1 it hit me mid calf.

Odd arms
This dress was not for me. The slits in the arms made it so my arms looked rather large. It created an odd optical illusion. The dress looks as pictured, and the length seemed true to size, I am 5'1 and it hit me a few inches below the model photo at the bottom. The material is nice, and the colors are pretty, the arms were just the issue for me.

Beautiful bright colors!
This dress has beautiful bright colors. I am 5'0 and it came down past my ankles. There was a slight snag in some of the embroidery. I liked how thick the material is, it helps hide any flaw. I did not end up wearing this due to length. The bodice fit well.

Comfortable and fun!
I wore this for a black tie ball. With almost every designer on RTR I have to wear a size 0 and even then only a few designers are small enough for me. I was really surprised I actually fit into the 38 since that compares to a 2. The fabric has tons of stretch so I imagine someone that is typically a 2 would also fit this dress, it would just be very fitted. I wore 4 inch heels and the dress hit the floor just barely. Hem tape did not work on this dress. I wore a regular bra and used double stick tap to secure it at the straps. The fabric is very thick and hides flaws well. The very bottom of the dress did have a slight stain from being drug on the ground but nothing terrible. Putting it on over your head is hard, I suggest stepping in from the top since there isn't a zipper.

Runs big but beautiful color
This dress runs a little big, it is not a small zero (Nicole Miller dresses and La Petite Robe dresses run more like a small 0). It was big in the shoulders, ran long and the waist and hips were big. If you fit dresses like Badgley Mischka or Monique Lhuillier or Jay Godfrey in 0R then you will likely fit this dress. This dress' bottom seemed like it could easily be shortened with hem tape, just be sure you can fill it out. You could likely wear a regular convertible bra with this dress or strapless bra. It was not too low cut. The material was not the thickest, it would show some flaws, and won't suck things in, but isn't too thin so that it shows every flaw. Color is accurately reflected in the pictures. Overall, it was too big for me to wear but still a nicely made dress.
