Great Dress!
This was my first time using RTR and I was very impressed. Wore this on a date with my BF for my birthday and felt very special wearing this dress. Overall true to size, a bit long in the arms for me but I am very short. Fabric was soft and felt high quality. Love the color and the ruffling detail on the bottom half of this dress.
