A lot of work
This requires multiple people to zip up which is tough if you plan to go to the bathroom, ever! I’m usually a true size 10 and this juuuuust fit across my back, so if you’re athletic/broad shouldered definitely size up. The colors and print are beautiful and it’s nice and light but too much work to wear for more than a few hours

Wanted this to work so bad but it was just a hair too tight! I’m anywhere from an 8 to a 12 depending on brand and I couldn’t get the 10 zipped even with assistance. The fabric has fairly little give, but it’s nice and structured; this plus the color combo (which is gorgeous in person) make it versatile for both less and more formal events. Will rent for another occasion sizing up!

Weird sizing and fit
Wanted this to work so badly but even after going one size up, could not wear this comfortably around especially the waist. Absolutely no give, I ended up leaving my office after a few hours to change because I could not make it a full work day. Gorgeous print though and well made, just not curve friendly

So cute but only in theory
I wanted this to work so badly! It was small in some areas and big in others, I felt like I was adjusting it constantly for the few hours I had it on. As mentioned in other reviews, tight in the waist/hips and no give. It was slightly long on me at 5’4”. Neckline was weird on me, I think the fit of the top of this jumpsuit all depends on bust size and shape. I ended up wearing the sleeves sort of off the shoulders to try and fix some chest gaping, but the fit was awkward. Love this brand and it’s a well made item, just only for specific body types!

Not worth the effort
Putting this on required way too much wiggling and adjusting with the way the straps are configured. Couldn’t get even close after 10 minutes, ended up wearing another rental option. The material is a beautiful fall color, the dress did feel like it ran a little smaller than other pieces I’ve rented from this brand. Not sure whether it fit as I gave up trying though.

An all time fave rental
One of my favorite pairs of jeans for any time of year! The two tone style is unique and makes them work year round. Size down one size as they run big, but note the fit is a bit weird -- no give in the waist or thighs when you first put them on and then they loosen up a lot throughout the day

Fall wedding perfection
This was a hit at a mid-September wedding! Gorgeous color for anyone fair-skinned with dark hair like me. Fabric is velvet so it's warm, but not too warm; I was comfortable in 75 degree weather with a breeze, and it was the perfect warmth for once the sun went down. I'm between a 12/14 and this fit like a very roomy 14, didn't even need to unzip to slip it on. Slit is a bit high so you have to adjust when sitting but overall LOVED this dress

Fun spring work pants
While the color was closer to a pale yellow than the lime green as advertised, I’m glad I rented these! I’m short enough that they weren’t cropped but didn’t mind. Fabric wrinkles easily, and over the course of a work day, they loosened significantly around my waist and hips. This wouldn’t have been a problem except for the fact that there are no belt loops. Would rent again but might size down

The material was a much tighter fit than I expected, and also a bit heavier feeling than anticipated. Color and print are very nice but it fits a little weird without shapewear underneath. Flattens your chest significantly since it’s tight. Overall an OK option for a work event or anything where modesty is a factor, since it falls just above the knee.

Not what I expected
The model photos and even pictures in reviews make this look like a light green blazer and it’s not. It’s white with small blue/green flowers printed on it. It also has small shoulder pads I didn’t anticipate. Fabric wrinkles VERY easily and the fit is slightly oversized. Overall not my favorite but wore once to add some springtime color and variety to my work repertoire

A good non-boring jacket
Rented this for some work events and I’m glad I did. It’s mainly black and silver which makes it fairly neutral (there are some very dark purplish undertones in certain lighting), so I’m pairing it with a Kelly green dress. It’s slightly tight in the arms and shoulders, but I can move around in it pretty normally. Be cautious about this if you’re broad through the back/arms but otherwise it’s a great piece.

Versatile and colorful
Rented this not fully knowing where I’d wear it, and I like it enough that it might become both a work and after-hours outfit piece! The color is gorgeous, and the vertical stripes are flattering. The fabric itself is fairly clingy, so not very forgiving around the middle, but with shapewear and the right accessories it’s more than workable. If you’re on the fence about this like I was, give it a try!

I was excited about this, but disappointed to discover the buttons gap like crazy on me. I couldn’t find a way to style it that worked for me as a work outfit, which is why I rented it in the first place. Could probably wear it more casually, if I didn’t care as much about cleavage since I’d need to leave a good half of the buttons undone. Pretty colors though and a great spring top!

The color and fabric of this dress are gorgeous in person. I chose to wear shapewear underneath as, even with the front detail, it’s not super forgiving around the middle. Perfect business-appropriate pop of color and personality
I’m so glad I found this jacket! Paired it with a jumpsuit also from RTR (the cropped length makes it perfect for this) and the look worked great for a business event in Mexico. There are slight shoulder pads but nothing too obnoxious. The fabric is also not super heavy so works well for warmer weather. Tons of ways to style it given all the colors. Big fan

Colors are beautiful in person, but not very figure flattering
This dress was a bit too shapeless for my taste. It’s the first item I’ve ever rented at RTR that genuinely felt a little big on me, which really never happens to me as a midsize person. In the attached pic I purposely have my hand on hip, pulling slightly at the dress so I can give a bit more illusion of shape. Likely could have made it work if I cinched it in the back somehow, but wearing it as is, I felt like it just sort of hung on me. That said, would be a good option for big chested folks as it provides decent coverage. The velvet parts and the overall colors and textures were gorgeous though — shape just leaves something to be desired. Might rent again if I could find a good jacket or accessories to otherwise define my shape a bit

Such a unique dress that will get you tons of compliments!
I adore this dress and was so thrilled it fit. Getting it zipped was a challenge as the fabric catches right around the waist part of the zipper, but with shapewear on underneath and LOTS of patience, my partner and I managed to get it to work. Definitely a bit of a struggle for someone with a broader back/shoulders like me, it was narrow through that part of the body and a little uncomfortable but I made it work since it was just such an awesome look. The colors are brilliant and perfect for a fall/winter formal event. Not too long either as I didn’t need heels! Only other issue was there were a few seams that seemed to be a little weird — the one holding the dress and the slip part together at the point where the dress slit is, felt and looked like it was done improperly because the dress never laid flat at that part. Not super noticeable in photos though. Overall not a perfect fit but worth it for the look!

I’ve tried other formal items from this brand before and been disappointed by how small they seemed to run — but not this dress. It fit exactly as I’d hoped, and I even was able to zip it myself without help which is a huge win! The colors are gorgeous, the style is super flattering for anyone with a full bust and it helps create a beautiful silhouette with the way the waist cinches. Ultimately didn’t wear it to the wedding I rented it for, as it didn’t match quite as well with what my partner was wearing (plus this is much more of a spring/summer dress and I rented it in November haha), but I’m literally counting down the days til I can rent this for another wedding.

So happy with this rental!! Dress feels very true to size and is even more beautiful in person. If you're worried it looks too white for a wedding, that totally is not the case. I am on the shorter side and it was definitely too long but with heels it worked fine. Got lots of compliments and would totally rent again.
