Perfect for Black Tie Wedding!
I rented this for a black tie wedding; it was an amazing fit and I received SO many compliments!! I was deciding between this dress and a similar one in a size up. I have a long torso so dresses with 'waists' can be a tricky fit. Being an off-the shoulder dress, I was able to adjust this dress and it fit like a glove! I felt comfortable in it all night and didn't want to take it off. Would highly recommend!

Colorful and Form-fitting- Lots of Compliments!
I rented this dress to wear to a Spring wedding. I rented the 4 and the 6, based on previous reviews of other users wearing a size up. I tried both sizes on and went with the 4. While it was a bit tighter, the 6 appeared a bit bulky in the small of my back and didn't fit as well. My husband definitely approved of going with the smaller size! Overall, the dress fit well. There is a sheath underneath that I didn't have any issues with, other than making sure it laid flat when I put the dress on. The dress is constricting, but I didn't feel uncomfortable or unable to move/eat/dance. In fact, for most of the night I wasn't aware of it (a good sign!) While it held me in certain places, the cut accentuates all the right parts, and even enhanced my bust area (woo!) although I did feel the need to pull the dress up during the night to not expose TOO much. I'm always a little hesitant of patterns drawing attention to trouble spots, but my initial hesitation of seeing the triangles in the hip area was unfounded. The dress was flattering, and comfortable. It was colorful and perfect for the occasion. I got a lot of compliments!

Arrived broken; Colorful but heavy
I received this earrings as the 'mystery bling' for a dress I rented to wear to a wedding. The earrings were comprised of stones made of various shades of purple. When I first received them, the base of the earring was disconnected from the dangly part. I was able to put them back together (the culprit was the o-ring connecting the two; it had turned into more of a 'c' and thus the dangly part had fallen through and come off). I was able to reconnect them and wear them for about an hour, after which point they came apart again. The hour that I wore them, I felt confident that they matched the dress. That being said, they weren't really my style (I felt like they would be a great for a pageant...), and my earlobes were in a bit of pain, so its probably better that they only stayed on an hour.

Quality Formal Dress
I rented this dress to wear to a black tie wedding (it was in NYC in 90-degree weather, couldn't fathom wearing something long!) I figured the lovely jewel-tone color of the dress and lace fabric would make up for the lack of length and I was right! It was absolutely formal enough for the event. I ordered a 4 (my usual size) and a 6 because of previous reviews. While the 4 fit, I ended up wearing the 6 as it just allowed for more movement and didn't make me feel as self-conscious. There is slight boning in the dress but it's flexible and not at all uncomfortable. That being said, it does tend to draw attention to your midsection. It's part of the dress design, but it's why I took one star off my review- just not a fan of drawing attention to my stomach/hip area. Overall, this was a vibrant dress to wear, and I felt like I stood out from the crowd (without being obnoxious). As a funny endnote, walking out of the wedding I ran into guests coming out of their wedding, and a girl was wearing the same dress! Gotta love RTR ;)

My Wedding Hair Comb
I rented this hair comb for my wedding day, to put in my updo after I took out my veil. I was a bit concerned when reading the description and reviews, as I anticipated that it would be quiet large or take up a lot of my head (I wasn't going for a fascinator look!) I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, as it was quite delicate and smaller than expected. I had read other reviews of people spreading it out (it's basically wire so I suppose it malleable), but I didn't want to break it, nor did I want a larger look. It fit beautifully into my updo, and stayed there securely all night (despite all my best dance moves). I would definitely recommend it to any soon-to-be brides who are looking for a delicate, yet statement-worthy hair accessory.

My Wedding Bracelet
I ordered this bracelet to wear on my wedding day. I wanted a bracelet that was delicate, but would still add a touch of sparkle. This bracelet did the job! I love how it looked, both in person and in photos. I have small wrists, so it did slide up and down my arm but it was barely noticeable. The clasp was a strong one, so there was no worry about it falling off. I am so happy with how well it worked out! The one downside was that the silver of it seemed a bit ruddy when it arrived. I expected a brighter silver, but it was a darker, ruddier silver. Once on, you didn't really notice a difference but it was a bit of a letdown when I first opened the box, as I thought it had arrived dirty. But overall, it was exactly the right purchase for my wedding day- light, delicate, with some sparkle. I would recommend it (with my congratulations!) to any soon-to-be brides!

A great pop of color!
I loved this dress! I wore it to a wedding in mid-September and the color was season-appropriate and managed to bring out what was left of my summer tan. It was elegant and classy yet the color provided a bit of a pop- I received many compliments all night long! I usually wear a 4 but wore the back-up size 2; not sure if the dresses run large or if I was just having an unusually slim day! The 2 fit perfectly and didn't feel tight. The only drawback is that it is a bit short when you sit down.(which is fine when you're at a sit down dinner!) I loved this dress and would definitely rent it again!

Being told that I had the best dress in the room!
What a stunner! I rented this dress for a black tie masquerade ball. I was a bit concerned that it might be a bit over the top (gold? sequins?? long length?!?) but it actually seemed to convey subtle elegance while still being fun. I read previous reviews that said that the dress might run large, and also that the length was a bit short. I typically wear a 4, so I rented a 4L and a 2L. I'm 5'6 and the fit chart said to rent the Long if planning on wearing heels. I was disappointed to realize that even wearing 4" heels, the dress was dragging on the ground a bit. That was the only downer, as I couldn't move freely, had to pick up the dress constantly and be careful of not stepping on it. I struggled a bit to try the dress on myself as the zipper sticks where the lining meets the bodice, but ultimately wore the 4L. When getting ready, I had to have my sister and brother-in-law help to zip me up- make sure you have some extra hands on standby to help you! In addition, I was concerned that the sequins chafe your arms, but I didn't experience that at all. Aside from the too-long length, the dress was AMAZING! The cab driver said so, the door man of the venue said so, and random people approached me all night to tell me so. I felt like a million bucks! I would rent this dress again and recommend it to anyone looking to stand out from the crowd (in a good way!)

Standout Dress
I rented this dress for an August wedding and couldn't be happier with my choice! I usually wear a 4 and out of the two sizes I chose (2 & 4), I wore the 4. It fit true to size, but did feel a bit snug on top (I am a full B). By the end of the night (eating & drinking) I felt a bit constricted. Not sure if a 6 would have been better as it may just be the fit. Otherwise, the 4 fit perfectly! The color a bit darker than the model's photo, but the dress still stood out among the sea of LBDs! A complete stranger came up to me and complimented me on the dress, saying that she had been admiring it all night! All in all, a whimsical, fun, flirty dress to wear!

Standout dress for a standout party!
I rented this dress for a friend's birthday party; it was a pretty formal affair, cocktail hour, dinner and club. This dress was a fun, appropriate dress for all three venues! I received compliments all night- the lace makes it stand out as a different look from the other dresses. And it's not overly formal due to the short length of the dress, which is actually why I only gave it 4/5 stars. While a fun length, the fabric can ride up a bit (I found myself pulling it down) and sitting down put me at risk to pull a Britney. Aside from that, it was a different, sophisticated and fun formal party dress! As a side note, I ordered a 4 and a 6, I ended up wearing the 4 because the 6 caused some extra fabric to bunch up in the back by the zipper (causing a lower back lump of sorts)

RTR never fails to impress! I received so many compliments about the dress; it felt amazing!
I wore this dress to a black-tie wedding and it was a hit! The fabric is textured and looks awesome in photos. The color and length are perfectly appropriate for a black-tie wedding yet the ruffles and open back add a level of funk. I ordered the dress in a 4R and 4L; based on previous reviews, I anticipated that the R would be short when wearing heels. I was right! My intention was to wear heels for the first couple of hours then switch to flip-flops (hey, I like to dance!) I tried on both sizes and wouldn't have been able to wear ANY heels with the R without the dress looking too short. I wore the L and was able to wear 3 -inch heels without the dress dragging. In fact, I put on my flip-flops and the dress was still above the floor. The one drawback the prevented me from giving the dress 5 stars was that it arrived with some loose threads and a torn hem on the inside slip. In addition, the size-zipper kept shifting around, ending up in front. I found myself readjusting the dress throughout the night, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, the dress was fabulous- I received many compliments and the style was perfect! I felt fancy yet funky. Definitely a winner.

I am 5'7, 130lbs, small waisted with curvy hips/bum. I ordered this dress in 4R and 4L; a stylist called to confirm and switched my order to 4L and 6L upon hearing that I would be wearing 3" heels. I wore the dress to a wedding and received raving compliments from the minute I put it on and throughout the night (and from complete strangers!) It's definitley a 'wow' factor dress (the one-shoulder and the gold flecks); and definitely different from the other standard wedding cocktail dresses. I didn't give it 5 stars because, despite wearing 3 inch heels, the dress was still quite long, to the point of having to pick it up to move. I would recommend going with a Regular length if you're planning on wearing it to an event that requires a lot of movement/dancing. In addition, I'm not overly sensitive about my hips/bum area, but the way the dress is cut (various fabrics woven together around the stomach/hip area) made me look heavier in the hips/stomach in photos than I really am. I think that was also a result of the black/blue lines going in different directions around the hip area. Not very flattering, to the point of cringing when I saw how I looked in some of the photos from the night. That being said, the dress was unique and comfortable (I went with the 4, my normal size; while the 6 felt looser and more comfortable, the fabric appeared bulkier than with the 4). I would recommend it with the understanding that you may have to use some creative photo poses to reduce the risk of looking heavier than you are :)
