The material and cut of this dress are gorgeous. I love Elizabeth and James' more feminine pieces, and this dress was great for an early evening wedding in spring. I got the 8 and the 6, both run very loose and very long, though wasn't much of an issue with my height plus 2" heels. The only bummer of this dress is that despite sending 2 sizes, RTR did not send any belts. They gave me a credit and handled the issue professionally as always. If you plan ahead and bring your own belt, it should be a great day to evening dress especially for someone with a baby bump.

Overall this dress was really sexy, great color, nice cut. I appreciated the true built in bust support. However, I pulled at that strap that goes from left to right all night to get it in the right place. It kept bunching up at my neck or crossing in an awkward way smashing the bust. Also, the first one that they sent me had some pulls in the material. Thanks to their always awesome customer service for sending the replacement in time for my event.

I also think this dress is better for longer torso ladies, because I felt that all of the ruching around the middle was a little much on my very short torso. The proportions of this dress were really off for me, but it worked well for my friend who is extremely curvy. Basically, she gave the dress its curves, because its cut is pretty sac-like. The details on the dress are beautiful. If you can pull off a bag dress, go for it!
