Pretty dress, XS was too small.
The xs is for a 24 or 25 inch waist. RTR should have this info handy. it was too tight. and the medium was huge on my 5'4 frame

I bought this because they were trendy and cute and wore them to the office.
Fit was weird, waist was loose, but it was very tight on my hips and thighs. I'm a 26 waist an 37 hips so if that sounds like you you might want to size up and belt it. I'm petite so the crop length was perfect. I'm not sure why RTR doesn't include precise measurements with so many other sites doing it, but if they did that would be helpful.
