Definitely size up
I sized up and still felt like it was a bit tight/uncomfy in the shoulder area (but I have broader shoulders). Pretty tight with little stretch. Looked cute though!

Overall really liked, sized up for an oversized look. Only complaint is that the collar part lacked structure so it was a bit loose.
