The medium fit perfectly. Had to figure out how to tie the strings. I prefer a front tie and letting the rest hang. Buttoned to the top but with a few on buttoned on the bottom with cowboy boots. I got a lot of compliments!

I wish I didn't rent this coat, I was hesitant because of other reviews but didn't listen to my gut. The arms were tight, the shoulders made look broad. If anyone watched American Horror Story Apocalypse and wants to dress like one of the zombies, this coat is for you.
