Seriously love the color and cut of this but why the weird straps at the wrist? There was no perfect way to tie them and they were a potential bathroom hazard!

Just didn't feel these - glad I could wear them once. Like the button fly. Rear pockets too big - not very flattering from the back. Stretch a lot throughout the day.

Loved the dress but...
The dress fit like a glove. I selected it (and the backup style) because I knew the length would work (I'm 5'4) so I needed something a little shorter in front and a backup (since another size wasn't available) that allowed length adjustment with a belt. Turned out my backup wasn't available so they sent an alternative that didn't work at all (it was a weird one shoulder that was so low my flat side boob/armpit was overexposed). Then when I went to return my items on Monday (since you just need to return to UPS before noon) - no return label, no lock to secure the package - nothing. I didn't notice this since this was my first RTR experience and looked online for the info I needed - assuming I could easily print a return label from my account. I'm assuming Monday was a holiday for RTR since no one responded to my emails until Tuesday at 4. They sent a new label in the email, but by that time my return was already 2 days late. And since I didn't hear from customer service, I paid UPS to ship overnight for $140+ to avoid late fees. My stylist told me to refer my question about reimbursement for shipping to collections. . RTR's response was to disable late fees and offer a $30 credit. Ultimately I'm out $200+. Oh, and there's no phone number to call customer service. You just have to wait for emails.
